About me
UX / UI Designer with a genuine curiosity for human behaviour and passionate about how to make a better connection between business and their users.
When studying and working in the branding and advertising industry, I focused heavily on developing businesses by following/creating trends with brand resources without a deep understanding of who drives markets - which are users and their unique connection with companies.
As soon as I moved to Sydney from Seoul, South Korea, I jumped straight to hospitality to embed Australian culture. Working as a professional Barista helped me build empathy with customers and provide the best service and quality coffee, which became a turning point for me to dig deep into user/customer experience.
Getting into the world of UX Design has opened up new opportunities for me to discover the core of the business purpose and flip my vision of how to approach the relationship between businesses and its users through user research.
Ever since then, I've been delivering valuable digital products that improve people's lives in various environments from a small agency to one of the biggest corporate in Australia.
Besides work, I love finding finer things in life and appreciate them - whether it'd be flowers, furniture, fashion, humans or other parts of the world.
Love weight training, watching rom-coms on Friday nights, baking sourdough bread and swimming in the ocean. I recently got into a flower arrangement and ukulele as well. Obsessed with weekend coffee strolls and sharing good vinos with friends ☕️ 🍷
